Printing: Print the design onto sublimation paper using sublimation inks.
Heat Pressing: Place the printed sublimation paper on the coated side of the aluminum sheet. Use a heat press to transfer the design onto the sheet. The recommended settings are typically around 400°F (204°C) for 60-90 seconds, but this may vary based on your equipment and specific requirements.
Cooling and Finishing: Allow the aluminum sheet to cool down before handling. Once cooled, the print will be permanent and ready for use.

Coating Application: A uniform layer of polymer coating has application to the cleaned sheets. This coating is specifically formulated for sublimation. It has vibrant color reproduction and durability.
Curing: The coated sheets are then cured in a controlling environment. It ensure the coating adheres properly and provides a smooth, even surface.
Quality Control After coating and curing, each sheet undergoes a rigorous quality control process. This includes visual inspections and tests to ensure the coating is flawless and ready for sublimation printing.
Packaging and Shipping Once the quality checks are complete, the aluminum sublimation sheets are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We use protective materials to ensure the sheets arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
